How will I receive customer booking requests?

When a customer wants to book in at you garage via our website, we will immediately send you an email (and SMS notification if you provide your mobile number). The email will contain the details of the booking request so you can login to your Garage Guide account and accept the booking. We then provide the customer’s full details so you can contact them directly to confirm the final arrangements.

Digital Stamp gets you a rating and review:

By accepting the customer’s booking you are agreeing to confirm the work you complete to their vehicle to their AA Automyze account – we call it a ‘digital stamp’. This unique customer benefit is a key reason why they have chosen to book you via the AA Garage Guide, so it is very important this process is fulfilled. In return for confirming the work (digital stamp) you will receive a rating and review from the customer.
