With your Automyze account, you can register vehicles with different ownership types – for example ‘I own the car’ or ‘It belongs to a member of my family’ . This allows us to customise your account and make sure it reflects your needs.

To carry out certain actions on a vehicle, such as adding service history, you need to confirm your vehicle’s VIN within the vehicle’s profile page in your account. If you provide a VIN that matches our records, it will then give you ownership status of the vehicle and allow you to add service history.

You can find the VIN on your vehicle’s V5C document (or ‘log book’). If you have any questions then please get in touch below.
